Will it email my clients?No. It never sends anything to anyone.
It cannot send email. Your morning brief is prepared as a draft in your own Gmail and nothing leaves your account. When it writes something for you, it hands it to you. You send it.
Can I turn it off?Yes, with one sentence, any time.
Type "pause my morning brief" or "pause my Sunday planner" and it stops. Nothing runs that you cannot switch off yourself.
Can anyone else see my stuff?No. Not CSC, not Compass, nobody.
Your Constitution, Voice and briefs live in a private Project inside your own Claude account. They are never shared and never used to teach any public AI. Delete them any time.
What does it cost?Included with your coaching, plus your own Claude plan.
AIOS itself costs nothing extra from us. You do need a paid Claude plan, Pro or higher, paid to Anthropic (the company that makes Claude), not to us.
Do I need to be technical?No. If you can send an email, you can do this.
Every step is a button to click or a sentence to copy. The one personal step, your Constitution, can be done in a plain Google Doc with no AI at all.
What if I get stuck?One sentence gets you unstuck.
Type "Read COACH.md and help me" and Claude walks you through it patiently, checking the real thing instead of guessing. Interrupted? "Continue my setup" picks up exactly where you left off. Still stuck? Reach out to your Coaching Success Manager.
Does it work on my phone?Setup needs a computer. After that, yes.
The one-time setup runs in the Claude desktop app. Once it is live, the briefs land in your email, which you read anywhere, and you can fill in your Constitution on your phone too.
What is Claude, exactly?An app, made by a company called Anthropic.
Software, like Word or Chrome. Not a person, and not someone on our team. AIOS is a set of instructions and files that run inside it.
What if I don't use a Google account or Google Workspace?Contact your CSM for next steps.
AIOS runs on Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, so it is built to run on Google. If you use another workspace, like Outlook or Yahoo, please contact your Coaching Success Manager for next steps.
What happens if I cancel Claude?Your files stay yours. It just stops running.
Nothing is held hostage. The briefs stop, and your Constitution and Voice documents remain yours to keep or delete.
Is it going to replace me?No. It preps you, it doesn't sell houses.
It handles the busywork: the morning prep, the weekly planning, the first draft. The relationships, the advice, the negotiating, the showing up: that is still you. That is the job.
