Your AI OS.
Three steps.

Every weekday, a brief lands in your inbox with what your day needs. Every Sunday, your week mapped out. Every draft in your voice. It only reads and preps. It never emails anyone but you.

Four things to know first

  • Claude is an app, made by a company called Anthropic. Your AI OS runs inside it. Software, not a person.
  • The AI OS is included with your coaching. There is nothing to buy from us.
  • You do need a paid Claude plan, Pro or higher. Paid to Anthropic, not to us.
  • You need Gmail. The whole system runs on Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.

On Outlook or something else? Email your CSM. Our team will set up a one on one implementation session with you. info@chiragshahcoaching.com

One thing first: you need your computer. This runs in the Claude app on a desktop or laptop. You cannot finish it on a phone. Text yourself the link and pick it up at your desk. The one exception: the worksheet in step two is fine on your phone.

⚠️

Do these in order. Do not skip a step.
Every step needs the one before it. Skipping ahead is the number one reason people get stuck and have to start over.

Be ready for what step two asks. Steps one and three take about twenty minutes together, and most of that is Claude working while you watch. Step two is your Constitution, and it is real work. Six sections, done over six sittings. That document is what makes this yours instead of generic, so it is worth the time.

Step one

Get Claude ready

Download the Claude desktop app and sign in. Not the website, not the phone app.

⬇ Download Claude

Show me how
The Claude download page with the Download for Windows button marked

Click the green button above. Open the file it downloads. Sign in with the email you use for Claude. When you see a message box, you are done with this part.

Now connect your email and calendar. Claude only reads. It never sends, deletes, or changes anything. Open Claude, paste this in, and send it.

Connect my Gmail, connect my Google Calendar, and connect my Google Drive.

Claude shows you a card with a Connect button for each one. Click Connect. A Google window opens. Pick your Google account if it asks which one, then click Continue. Do that for all three.

Show me how

Claude lists the three and gives each one its own button.

Click Connect and Google opens its own window. If you have more than one Google account, it asks which one first. Then click Continue.

The Google sign in window with the Continue button marked

Do that for all three. If nothing comes up, paste the sentence again.

🛑 STOP. Test this before you go on.

This is the step people skip, and it is the step that breaks everything later. Do not move to step two until this works.

Type this into Claude and send it:

What are my last five emails?

If Claude lists your real emails, you are connected. Go to step two.

If it does not, paste the connect sentence again and click Connect, then Allow. Still nothing? Use the help button in the corner. Do not carry on without this.

Where does my stuff live? Who can see it?

Everything you build stays in your own Claude account, in a private Project. CSC cannot see it. Compass cannot see it. It is never used to teach any public AI. Delete it any time.

Step two

Your Constitution

This is the foundation, and it goes deep on purpose. Everything your AI OS ever writes for you comes out of this document. A thin Constitution gives you a thin assistant.

Six sections, around 110 questions. Your values, your business, your clients, your life, your year, and your people. It is not a form. Some of it will make you think.

Already have your Constitution? Keep the document handy and skip straight to step three.

  • 1

Open it. Google hands you your own copy automatically. Click Make a copy when it asks.

  • 2

Block time for each section, one section per sitting. Do not try to do it in one go. Six short sessions beat one long one, and the answers come out better.

  • 3

Answer honestly and finish it. There are no wrong answers and nobody grades it. If a question is hard, put down what you have and add "help me go deeper here" for Claude to pick up later.

  • 4

Keep the document. You add it in step three, and Claude reads it before it writes a single thing for you.

Open the worksheet

Click the green button. Google asks if you want your own copy. Click Make a copy. That is it, it is yours and you can type in it.

Use ChatGPT or Claude a lot already?

You can work through the same questions inside the AI you already use, then ask it to save the result as "My Constitution." Same document, same next step. Answer every section either way, because whatever you leave out is what your assistant will not know about you.

Step three

Install it

Six small moves. Claude does everything else.

  • 1

Download the AI OS folder. Leave it exactly as it is. You do not need to unzip it.

⬇ Download the AI OS folder

  • 2

In Claude, click Projects → New Project and name it exactly AI OS Assistant. A Project is just a private folder inside Claude that holds your files.

    Show me how
The Create a project box with AI OS Assistant typed into the name field

Look down the left side of Claude for Projects. Click it, then New Project. Type the name exactly as written above. Spelling matters here.

  • 3

Drag the file you just downloaded straight into your Project. That is the whole move. Claude opens it and reads everything inside.

Prefer clicking? Use the + button, choose Add files or photos, and pick the file from your Downloads.

Add your Constitution document too, the one from step two.

Drag the file from your Downloads onto the Claude window and let go when the drop area lights up.

Claude says it only found four files

Rare, but easy to fix. Unzip the folder first, then add all six files, including the two inside the agents folder. Claude carries on from there.

  • 4

Use the model picker near the message box and choose Opus. Skip this and setup gets slow and clumsy.

    Show me how
The Claude model picker open with Opus selected
  • 5

    Type this and send it:

Read START-HERE.md and set me up.
  • 6

One last setting, or your brief will never arrive. In Claude, open Settings. Under Desktop app, click General. Turn on Keep computer awake.

Your computer falling asleep is the one thing that stops your morning brief from running. This keeps Claude awake to do it. Your screen can still go dark.

    Show me how
Claude settings showing Keep computer awake turned on

Click your name at the bottom left of Claude, then Settings. In the left list, under Desktop app, click General. Find Keep computer awake and click the switch so it turns blue.

Claude does the rest. It shows you a checklist, checks that each step really worked, and finishes by running your first morning brief while you watch.

What if I get interrupted or stuck?

Say "continue my setup" and Claude picks up exactly where you left off. Say "Read COACH.md and help me" and it walks you through whatever is wrong, one step at a time. Nothing here is fragile.

What does it do with my emails and calendar?

It never sends anything to anyone but you. It only reads, to prep your day and learn your writing style, and no client names go into the files it builds. One sentence switches any of it off.

That's it. It's running.

Say these any time:

  • "Run my morning brief" · your prepped day, on demand
  • "Run my Sunday planner" · your week, mapped
  • "Continue my setup" · picks up where you left off
  • "Read COACH.md and help me" · when anything's stuck
  • "Pause my morning brief" · switches it off
